These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile application, and chapter management platform (collectively, the “Services”) offered by AGROHA BUSINESS WORLD LLP (“AGROHA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). VibesNet is the technology platform used to deliver AGROHA members’ web applications and mobile apps. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Use of the Services

1.1 To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and a legitimate business owner. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these criteria and have the authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of your business.

1.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for networking, business referrals, and chapter management purposes only.

1.3 You agree not to:

• Modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, or decompile the Services;

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;

• Interfere with the operation of the Services or the servers/networks that provide them;

• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code;

• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsify information;

• Collect or store data of other users without consent; or

• Use the Services to compete with AGROHA or its affiliates.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

2.2 You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use or security breaches.

3. Content

3.1 Content on the Services may come from us, other users, or third parties. All content is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to remove any copyright or trademark notices.

3.2 You are responsible for any content you upload or post, including business listings, referrals, and communications. You confirm that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on third-party rights.

3.3 AGROHA reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, is misleading, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Referral Sharing and Networking

4.1 Referrals must be shared ethically and professionally. You should only refer products or services that you genuinely endorse and have experience with.

4.2 Misrepresentation, false statements, or disparagement of other businesses is strictly prohibited.

4.3 You are solely responsible for interactions with other users. AGROHA is not liable for any disputes or misunderstandings arising from these interactions.

5. Chapter Management System (CMS) & VibesNet

5.1 AGROHA chapters may use the CMS powered by VibesNet to manage chapter activities, including member communications, events, and business collaborations.

5.2 VibesNet is only the technology platform; AGROHA is solely responsible for the content, operations, and management of chapters.

5.3 You are responsible for the actions of chapter members under your CMS account. Any violations of these Terms by your members may be attributed to your account.

6. Membership Fees, Visitors Fees, and Non-Refundable Policies

6.1 Membership and participation fees for AGROHA chapters or events are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

6.2 Fees for visitors, guests, or temporary access are also non-refundable.

6.3 By paying any fees, you acknowledge that all payments are final and understand AGROHA’s fee policies.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AGROHA disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, correction of defects, or absence of harmful components.

7.3 Use of the Services is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 AGROHA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if AGROHA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
