As a Chapter Director, you will:

• Annual Franchise Fee payable to the AGROHA Head Office (HO).
• Revenue generation through membership subscriptions, event tickets, and sponsorships.
• Transparent revenue-sharing model with attractive growth incentives.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with local business influence.
• Proven leadership skills and community engagement experience.
• Excellent networking and communication abilities.
• Deep roots in the local business ecosystem and Agarwal community.
• Share in contributions received from Patrons.
• Share in Membership Fees collected from Chapter Members.
• Additional income from Event Tickets, Sponsorships, and Partnerships.
• Revenue or benefits from Local Collaborations (venues, hospitality, promotional tie-ups).
• Commissions from Business Exhibits or Stalls at AGROHA Events & Conclaves.
• Recognition & Rewards Programs for achieving membership and revenue milestones.
• Brand Royalty Waivers or Rebates for high-performing Chapters.
Interested candidates express their interest in starting an AGROHA City Chapter and share their profile, business background, and intent to lead the community in their city.
The AGROHA leadership team conducts an interaction and evaluation to understand the candidate’s:
• Business background
• Community leadership ability
• Network strength
• Commitment to grow the AGROHA ecosystem in their city
Necessary due diligence and reference checks may also be carried out.
The candidate formally becomes a Member of AGROHA, aligning with the values, ethics, and vision of the community.
A face-to-face strategic meeting is conducted with the AGROHA founders/leadership to discuss:
• City chapter vision
• Membership targets
• Patron outreach
• Launch roadmap for the chapter
Upon mutual approval, the candidate signs the AGROHA City Chapter Franchise Agreement, granting them the right to establish and operate the chapter in their city.
The Franchisee establishes a separate legal entity to operate the chapter, which may be:
• Private Limited Company
• LLP (Limited Liability Partnership)
• Partnership Firm
• Section 8 Company (optional for future community activities)
The Franchisee opens a dedicated bank account in the name of the Chapter Entity to manage:
• Membership collections
• Sponsorship revenues
• Event expenses
• Chapter operations
Once operational structures are ready, the franchisee works with AGROHA HO to:
• Identify City Patrons
• Enroll Founding Members
• Organize the Chapter Launch Event
The new city chapter is formally launched with:
• Patron introductions
• Founding member induction
• Networking event with the business community
