This statement is issued in good faith, for clarity, compliance, and the collective advancement of the business community.
Any dispute between members, or between a member and AGROHA, shall first be referred by the aggrieved in writing to the AGROHA Board for mutual and amicable settlement. If not resolved within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The sole arbitrator shall be appointed by AGROHA Board, failing which appointment shall be made as per Section 11 of the Act of 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Jaipur or Udaipur, and the award shall be final and binding.
