Members, visitors, and guests disperse for breakfast / lunch / dinner, depending on the meeting timing, encouraging deeper conversations and relationship-building.
The entire meeting will be conducted in sync with a structured slide presentation displayed on the projector placed in front of the audience. This ensures clear visibility, better understanding, and consistency of all information, announcements, and sessions discussed during the meeting.
Photography and/or video coverage of key meeting activities will be carried out from time to time. These visuals may be used for official AGROHA documentation, social media presence, marketing, and promotional purposes, showcasing the vibrancy and professionalism of the AGROHA platform.
The dress code for AGROHA Chapter meetings is formal and business-appropriate. Members may choose Indian, Indo-Western, or Western attire, based on their personal comfort and professional style, while maintaining the dignity and image of the AGROHA community.
Punctuality and strict time discipline are mandatory for all AGROHA meetings. Adhering to timelines is a mark of professionalism and reflects respect for the time of every member, visitor, and guest. All participants are expected to cooperate in maintaining the meeting schedule.
All mobile phones must be kept on silent mode or switched off during the meeting to avoid disruptions and ensure complete focus on discussions and sessions.
All members are expected to wear the official AGROHA Member Badge during meetings. This showcases their unique identity, unity, and pride in being part of the AGROHA platform, and reflects respect for the community in front of visitors and guests.
The meeting seating arrangement will follow a cluster-based format for members and visitors to encourage interaction and active engagement. The Leadership Team and the Expert Guest will be seated at the front with a clear view of the presentation screen and all members / visitors in the front.
AGROHA branding at the meeting venue will be thoughtfully maintained through banners, flags, standees, Maharaja Agrasen Ji’s Photo Frame and other visual elements, presented in the best possible manner to reflect a strong, professional, and consistent AGROHA identity.
