An Ideal City Chapter Structure of AGROHA

Every AGROHA City Chapter is built on a strong and balanced structure that ensures smooth operations, meaningful engagement, and collective growth.
This structure reflects AGROHA’s core values — Unity, Strength, and Prosperity — within every city across India and beyond.

Patrons

A group of 1 to 3 distinguished and respected Agrohans who serve as guiding lights for the Chapter.
They offer mentorship, experience, and strategic direction to help the chapter grow with integrity and purpose.

Board of Directors

The governing backbone of the Chapter.
Responsible for key decisions, financial transparency, policy implementation, and driving impactful business networking and community initiatives.

Leadership Team

The operational core that ensures the chapter functions seamlessly.
It includes:

  • President – Leads the chapter, drives its mission, and represents it officially.

  • Vice President – Supports the President, manages member relations, and ensures activity execution.

  • Secretary – Oversees administration, communication, and documentation for the chapter.

Together, they form the face and force of the chapter’s leadership.

Chapter Coordinators

The connectors and doers of AGROHA.
They coordinate member onboarding, events, and collaborations, ensuring every activity runs smoothly and every member stays engaged.

Members

Last but definitely not the least — the Members are the heart and soul of every AGROHA Chapter.
They bring diversity, energy, and business synergy to the platform.
Each city chapter must have a minimum of 20 active members, representing a vibrant mix of business owners, professionals, and entrepreneurs from the Agrawal community.
