Chapter Leaders

Chapter Leaders

Every AGROHA Chapter is guided by a dedicated Leadership Team, typically comprising a President, Vice President, and Secretary. This team may also include coordinators or additional leaders as needed, depending on the scale and activities of the chapter. The Leadership Team plays a central role in engaging members, planning and executing events, and fostering meaningful collaborations within the community.

Leadership positions are designed with fixed tenures, ensuring regular rotation of responsibilities. This approach encourages the inclusion of fresh perspectives, promotes wider participation among members, and sustains the chapter’s dynamism and growth.

Local Offices

To strengthen operations and provide a focal point for activities, AGROHA Chapters are encouraged to establish local offices wherever feasible. These offices serve as the operational hub for meetings, events, and member interactions. By creating a physical space for the chapter, members can enjoy more effective coordination, stronger community engagement, and a sense of identity rooted in their local presence.

Financial Independence

AGROHA places strong emphasis on empowering chapters with financial autonomy. Beyond the annual Chapter Certification Fees payable to the Head Office, no additional financial contributions are required.

Funds raised through membership fees, activities, and events remain entirely under the control of each chapter. These resources are intended exclusively for the benefit of members, covering chapter office expenses, meetings, and event-related costs.

This structure ensures that chapters are self-sustaining and financially independent, while still operating in alignment with AGROHA’s global mission and standards. By combining autonomy with a shared vision, AGROHA enables chapters to thrive locally while contributing to the strength of the global community.

Expectations from Our Chapter Directors / Franchisees

Chapter Directors are the backbone of every AGROHA Chapter, responsible for ensuring structured growth, operational efficiency, and strong alignment with the larger vision of the organization. Their role goes beyond management—they are enablers of systems, culture, and performance.

Financial Management & System Setup

Directors are expected to ensure smooth and transparent financial flow management, with proper systems in place such as Bank Account setup, QR Code, and Razorpay integration for seamless transactions and accountability.

Clarity on Franchisee Framework

A thorough understanding of the Franchisee Agreement is essential. Directors must ensure that all activities, decisions, and processes strictly align with the defined guidelines and structure.

Digital Process Implementation

Directors should ensure the adoption of online systems for operational efficiency, including:
• Visitor registrations for weekly meetings
• Event registrations and tracking This helps maintain accurate data and streamline chapter operations.

Focus on Vision & Growth

Maintaining a strong focus on the Chapter’s goals, targets, and long-term vision is a key responsibility. Directors must drive initiatives that contribute to sustainable growth and member value creation.

Team Alignment & Activation

Directors must ensure that the Board of Directors, Leadership Team, and Coordinators are:
• Clear about their roles and responsibilities
• Comfortable in execution
• Actively engaged in chapter activities

Bridge Between HO & Chapter

Acting as a strong communication bridge between AGROHA Head Office (HO) and the Chapter Leadership Team, ensuring smooth coordination, clarity, and timely implementation of updates and directives.

Leadership Structure Discipline

Each Chapter should maintain a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 3 Directors, ensuring balanced leadership, accountability, and effective decision-making.

Data-Driven Approach

Directors should actively promote the use of the AGROHA VibesNet Platform, regularly reviewing reports and insights to make informed, data-backed decisions for better performance and growth.

In summary, Chapter Directors are the drivers of discipline, direction, and development, ensuring that the chapter operates professionally while continuously creating value for its members.
