The City Chapter Leadership Team will invite its Patrons to up to four important meetings/events during the year, wherever appropriate. Patrons will be welcomed and recognised as respected Guests/Patrons, alongside other distinguished guests and dignitaries.

The Role Of The City Chapter

The Role Of Agroha HO
AGROHA HO works alongside Chapters to build a consistent and meaningful Patron ecosystem.
AGROHA HO may:
- Invite and host Patrons at important national events.
- Facilitate Patron engagement with the wider AGROHA ecosystem.
- Recognise Patrons at appropriate national and international platforms.
- Showcase the contribution and impact of Patrons.
- Maintain a structured Patron ecosystem across cities and regions.
- Encourage meaningful engagement between Patrons and AGROHA leadership.
Hospitality & Travel
For specially invited national/international AGROHA events, the Host Chapter and AGROHA HO will coordinate appropriate hospitality and invitation arrangements for Patrons.
For such events, Patrons will generally be responsible for their own travel costs unless otherwise specifically communicated.
The objective is to ensure that every Patron interaction is warm, respectful, well-organised and memorable.
