Roles & Responsibilities

Role Description
Board Member(s)
Core decision-makers responsible for defining the Chapter’s vision, governance framework, and long-term growth strategy. A Chapter Board shall consist of minimum 2 and maximum 5 members at any given time. Board Members work closely with the AGROHA Head Office (HO) Team and Working Committee to ensure alignment with AGROHA’s philosophy, policies, and standards.

Leadership Team

Role Description
President
Provides overall leadership to the Chapter. Chairs meetings, drives strategic objectives, and ensures smooth execution of all Chapter activities in alignment with AGROHA values and guidelines.
Vice President
Assists the President and oversees coordination and performance across all teams. Presides over meetings in the President’s absence. Plays a key role in membership growth and business growth initiatives for members.
Secretary
Responsible for official communication, meeting documentation, records, and compliance. Manages member presentations and maintains all Chapter-related documentation systematically.

President’s Team

Role Description
Welcome Desk Coordinator
Manages the Welcome Desk, warmly receives members, visitors, and guests, and ensures a positive first experience. Maintains signature sheets and visitor/member records.
Event Coordinator
Plans and supports execution of Chapter meetings, events, celebrations, workplace visits, and special gatherings under the guidance of the Leadership Team.
Meeting Time Coordinator
Ensures meetings start and conclude on time, maintaining smooth flow and discipline across all sessions.
Visitor Coordinator
Handles visitor invitations, registrations, confirmations, and post-meeting follow-ups to ensure a professional engagement experience.
AGROHA India / International Coordinator
Acts as a liaison between AGROHA Chapters across India and internationally. Promotes inter-chapter networking, collaborations, and joint initiatives.
Meeting Theme Coordinator
Designs innovative themes, formats, and meeting structures to keep Chapter meetings engaging and impactful.
Attendance Coordinator
Tracks attendance and actively motivates members to maintain consistent participation in meetings and events.
Expert Guest Session Coordinator
Identifies, invites, and coordinates subject matter experts and influential personalities for focused 15-minute knowledge sessions during meetings.

Vice President’s Team

Role Description
Member Engagement Coordinator
Ensures members remain actively involved, connected, and engaged. Facilitates Personal or Group meetings at members’ workplaces to enhance mutual understanding of businesses.
Business Growth & Collaborations Coordinator
Drives initiatives for business generation within the Chapter. Tracks business references, promotes collaboration, and fosters a culture of appreciation and mutual growth.
Membership Growth Coordinator
Leads recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to ensure sustainable expansion of the Chapter.
VibesNet Coordinator
Manages member engagement on the AGROHA VibesNet platform (Web App, Android App, iOS App). Ensures accurate member data, meeting records, event participation, and business tracking between AGROHANs.
Finance Coordinator
Manages Chapter finances including collections, expenses, budgeting, and transparent financial reporting as per AGROHA guidelines.

Secretary’s Team

Role Description
Introduction & Business Presentation Coordinator
Schedules and mentors members for 7-minute business presentations and ensures structured 1-minute* introductions by members and visitors.
Learning Session Coordinator
Organizes 5-minute knowledge-sharing or learning sessions by a member during Chapter meetings.
Media & Merchandise Coordinator
Manages the Chapter’s digital presence across social media platforms. Coordinates graphic design, media coverage, promotional materials, and AGROHA merchandise.
Testimonials Coordinator
Collects and publishes member success stories and testimonials showcasing business growth, collaborations, and community support.
Community Coordinator
Strengthens AGROHA’s community ecosystem by facilitating job opportunities, collaborations, and matrimonial connections, fostering both professional and personal bonding.
Facilitations Coordinator
Manages recognition and rewards for top achievers, contributors, and performers during meetings. Prizes may be sponsored by fellow AGROHA members.
