AGROHA Cancellation and Refund Policy

Welcome to AGROHA – a global business and social networking platform by Agrawals, for Agrawals, and for humanity at large.

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which membership fees, event registrations, and other payments made to AGROHA may be cancelled or refunded.

 


 

1. Membership Fees

  • Membership fees / annual contributions once paid are non-refundable.
    The fees are considered a contribution towards membership benefits, access to AGROHA’s network, events, and digital platforms.

  • In special circumstances such as a duplicate payment or technical error during online transactions, AGROHA may issue a refund after verification.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and non-cancellable once approved and activated.


 

2. Event Registrations

  • For events organized by AGROHA (physical or virtual), cancellation requests will be accepted up to 7 days before the event date.
    In such cases, a refund of 75% of the registration fee (if applicable) may be processed.

  • No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event or for non-attendance.

  • If an event is cancelled or postponed by AGROHA, registered participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.


 

3. Franchise / Partnership Fees

  • Fees paid towards AGROHA City Chapter Franchises, Partnerships, or Director roles are non-refundable after approval and signing of the agreement.

  • In case an application is not approved, the fee may be refunded after deducting applicable processing charges.


 

4. Technical or Transactional Errors

If you experience any payment-related issues (such as duplicate payment or failed transaction), please inform us at [info@agrohaworld.com] within 7 days of the transaction.
After verification, AGROHA will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 10–15 working days.


 

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

  • Full Name

  • Registered Email / Mobile Number

  • Payment Reference Number

  • Reason for Cancellation / Refund

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 working days.
